Policies

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes without adequate registration will be cancelled 3 days prior to the start date. Should a class need to be cancelled, the student will be notified and a full refund will be given.

If a student decides to drop a courseit is their responsibility to contact the Center.

If the cancellation occurs 3 or more dates prior to the classes start date, a 100% refund of registration and materials fee will be given.

If the student cancels within 3 days to 24 hours prior to the course’s start date, a 100% refund of the registration only will be given. No materials fee will be refunded.

If a student cancels 24 hours after the first class but before the second class they will receive 75% of their registration in the form of a credit.

No refunds are given after the second class.

Classes are not prorated for any reason and compensation for missed classes is not available.

Processing of refunds will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks through our business office.

Memberships are non-refundable.

Special Notes to Parents

Please be on time to collect your child.

Dont ruin a beloved outfit! Remember to have your child wear old clothes.

Classes are designed to be age appropriate- talk to the instructor if you are interested in your child attenting a class outside the stated age limits.

Please let us know in advance if your child has any special needs.

Registration Information

Registration can be made in person, by phone or by mail. Cash, check, MasterCard and VISA are accepted. Payment must be received 3 days prior to the start of class in order to hold a spot in the class.

We cannot accept walk-ins on the first day of class.

Students should assume acceptance in the class if not otherwise notified.

Call the Centers office if you have any questions regarding materials.
