Irv Phillips Art Scholarship

This $100 scholarship will be applied to class tuition. It is in honor of Irv Phillips on his 90th birthday.

Because Mr. Phillips became an accomplished artist later in life, this scholarship is available to a senior adult who has also waited to pursue their artistic achievements.

Interested candidates should submit a short essay, 300 words or less, on why you wish to take an art class. Entries can be e-mailed to our office at office@northhillsartcenter.com with the subject line reading “SCHOLARSHIP” or mailed to
